Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, and using the Playah app, you agree to comply with these terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the application.

2. User Accounts

2.1. Account Registration

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Playah
• You must provide accurate information when registering
• You are responsible for securing your login information
• One person should only have one account

2.2. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for all activities from your account
• Notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized access
• Do not share your account with others

3. Usage Rules

3.1. Permitted Content

When using Playah, you are allowed to:

• Search and discover places
• Check-in at places you have visited
• Write honest and constructive reviews
• Suggest new quality places

3.2. Prohibited Content

You are NOT allowed to:

• Post content that violates Vietnamese law
• Post offensive, hateful, or discriminatory content
• Spam or post unrelated advertisements
• Create fake reviews or cheat to earn reward points (seeding, boosting)
• Post false information about places
• Violate others' intellectual property rights
• Harass or threaten other users
• Use bots or automated tools to cheat
• Fake check-ins when not physically present at locations

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. Playah's Content

All designs, logos, interfaces, and source code of Playah are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law.

4.2. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you post. However, by posting content, you grant Playah the right to:

• Display and distribute content within the application
• Use for promotional purposes (with your permission)
• Store and backup content

5. Points and Level System

• EXP points and levels are only valid within the application
• We reserve the right to adjust the points system at any time
• Cheating to earn points (seeding, boosting, fake check-ins) will be severely penalized, including point deduction or permanent account suspension
• Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money
• Higher levels will receive special benefits when Playah has deals/partnerships

6. Anti-Fraud System

Playah has AI systems and algorithms to detect fraudulent behavior:

• Fake check-ins, abnormal bulk check-ins
• Fake reviews, dirty seeding, review boosting
• Puppet accounts
• Spam or system abuse

Places detected with signs of seeding will be labeled with warnings.

7. Content and Account Deletion

7.1. Our Rights

We reserve the right to:

• Delete content that violates terms
• Warn, temporarily suspend, or permanently ban violating accounts
• Refuse service to any user
• Deduct EXP points or downgrade level if fraud is detected

7.2. Your Rights

• You can edit your review content at any time
• You can delete your account in app settings
• After deletion, data will be removed from the system within 30 days

8. Disclaimer

Playah is provided "as-is". We:

• Do not guarantee the app will always work without errors
• Are not responsible for the accuracy of user-provided information
• Are not responsible for disputes between users
• Are not responsible for data loss due to technical errors
• Are not responsible for places in the app (quality, service, pricing, etc.)

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Playah and its developers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the application.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms over time. Significant changes will be notified at least 7 days in advance. Your continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.

11. Service Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including maintenance, upgrades, or discontinuation.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. All disputes will be resolved in competent courts in Vietnam.
